Plan and estimate your projects with more precision by adding budgets at the task level.

Imagine you're working on a client project with a $10K budget cap. With this new feature, you can assign a budget (hours or fee) to each project task. These tasks sum up to create a total project budget, which you can then allocate against, and track in Reports.

Now you can create and edit phases from inside the project side panel for a more seamless planning experience! This improvement also means that you can easily access your project and phase information alongside an allocation on the schedule. You can even create a project on the fly using a template —to plan multiple projects, faster.

Teams using Linear for project management, can now sync cycle dates and display them directly on your Schedule.

We've released a bunch of improvements to help you standardize roles and rates management in ΢�ĸ���, including:

• Rates are now displayed in the Role dropdown in the Person modal
• See someone's default role rate when adding your project team
• A strikethrough markup making it easier to see when someone's default hourly rate is overriden
• Bulk assign Roles in the People page, with the option to update to the default or keep existing role rates
• A link shortcut to see who's assigned to which roles
• Role types have been added to Activity feed logs
• Bug fixes, smaller improvements, and an API update
