If you're using Trello to manage your projects and ΢�ĸ��� to schedule your team, our new integration makes the process a whole lot easier.

Your Trello cards live in a handy sidebar in ΢�ĸ��� and can be accessed whenever you want to assign a task to your team or see an overview of your Trello boards.  

Connect your Trello account to ΢�ĸ���

The ΢�ĸ��� account owner can connect to Trello from the integrations tab within your team settings.

You can choose to import all of your existing boards and people from Trello, or select just the ones you want to schedule in ΢�ĸ���.

Assign your Trello cards in ΢�ĸ���

Click the sidebar button at the top of the page to view your Trello boards. Simply drag and drop cards from the sidebar onto your team members' schedules to create new tasks.

Trello cards can be scheduled as often as needed and do not disappear from the sidebar.

Task hours are determined by the person's set work hours for the day. For example, if they normally work 8 hours a day, any task you assign to them will also be 8 hours long.

A white dot is displayed next to the card once it's been scheduled to help you keep track of which cards have been assigned.

You can collapse boards to hide their cards from the sidebar, sort your cards for easier viewing, and use the search bar to quickly locate a specific board, card, or assignee.

Cards can also be viewed directly in Trello by clicking them on the schedule to open the task menu and selecting "View in Trello".

Any changes you make in Trello are instantly reflected on the sidebar, but will not impact tasks that have already been scheduled in ΢�ĸ���.

Time tracking also works with the Trello integration. When you drop a card onto a person's timesheet, the time is instantly logged in ΢�ĸ��� and available for review in your reports.
